DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?
No, we do not have a minimum order value but products such as Jewellery Boxes have minimum quantity requirements. That is because they come in cartons of 6, 10, 12, 24 or 48.
IS THERE A MINIMUM VALUE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?
There is no minimum amount required for delivery. Whatever the order we are happy to deliver. Charges for delivery will be calculated according to size, location and urgency.
WHAT AREA DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We can deliver to any destination in Australia and New Zealand. There is no place too remote or too difficult. Other international deliveries are available but charges will be applied according to destination. For instance, we now have clients in the UK.
ARE THE PRICE LISTED GST INCLUSIVE?
No. Prices are not GST inclusive. GST will be added for all items ordered.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM ORDER PLACEMENT TO DELIVERY?
Your delivery will vary depending on order requirements and available stock. Certain product lines will be available within 24 – 48 hours, but as a rule, standard orders will be filled within 5 working days. Standard printing orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days but please allow for an additional week for large or specialised orders. We will inform you if your order awaits an overseas delivery before it can be filled.
DO YOU OFFER ACCOUNT FACILITIES AND HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT?
Yes, account facilities are offered. Credit application forms can be obtained through our office. There is also a printable version on this web site. All initial orders require upfront payment but once an account is approved we provide a strict 30 day account with penalties applied for late payments.

Yes, it is safe to order online with Platinum Packaging. We use only the highest standards of security technology when transferring and receiving customer data. We respect your privacy and pride ourselves on confidentiality.
HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
Ordering online is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, fill in the quantity and click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button to place it in your Shopping Basket. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
When we receive the order we will ring you to inform you of the courier charges applicable to your specific location and thus your final invoice total. We will ask for your credit card information and once payment has been received organise delivery of your order.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Platinum Packaging offers a variety of payment methods. Online orders require immediate payment by the use of a credit card. If invoiced you will have a variety of options:
- BPAY using phone or internet banking (from cheque or savings accounts);
- Credit card by phone, via an easy to use telephone credit card payment system;
- Credit card by internet, using a secure web page (using Mastercard or Visa);
- By mail, detach the payment slip along with your cheque.
Payment terms will depend on individual accounts, but is usually a standard 7 day payment term.
Payments via Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) are also available. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.
